Daily Challenges W/B 11.05.2020

Friday 15th May 2020 - Music challenge

Today we would like you to write a song or rap. This could be about any subject of your choice, silly or serious! Perhaps it could be a song about your friends, staying safe, or your favourite thing, from lego to chocolate cake!

When your song or rap is ready, why not perform it to someone at home? We can only upload short videos to the website but can watch any length, so if you can, we would love to see your performances at getinvolved@comberton.worcs.sch.uk .

Tuesday 12th May 2020 - First Aid Challenge

Today we would like you to learn a new skill and learn some First Aid! You could choose one course, or if you want to complete all 5 on the STAR course, you can achieve a Superstar Mini First Aider Certificate! Each course has a 20-30 minute video and activities to complete. This is one to keep coming back to, you don't have to finish it all in one day!

Here's the link and all the information you need:

Monday 11th May 2020 - Blue Peter Sports Badge 2020

To get your hands on this limited edition Blue Peter badge, all you have to do is try a new way of getting active for 10 minutes, five different times, then send in your application form via post or email. This could be a new sport in your back garden, learning a new skill like skipping or football tricks. Perhaps you have been doing exercise classes at home or tried a new style of dance? The only rules are:

  • You must be trying something new
  • You must be doing a physical activity

You will need a parent/carer’s permission and help with sending off for the badge. See full details at https://www.bbc.co.uk/cbbc/joinin/bp-sport-badge-2020

Even if you don’t apply for a badge, we would love to see how you are keeping active. Let us know how you are getting on at getinvolved@comberton.worcs.sch.uk !
