This week we travelled to India! We smelled beautiful spices, made a whole class rangoli pattern in rice, ate poppadoms, coloured rangoli patterns and drew mendhi patterns, make peacock fans, drew tigers in pastels and painted these in watercolours, drew tigers on Clicker Paint, created tiger handprints, created the sunset over the Taj Mahal, made bracelets with beads, listened to and acted out the story of 'Rama and Sita', made rangoli patterns with spices, looked at lots of different non-fiction books and even made our own tie-dye t-shirts!
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
