This week we read the story of 'Goldilocks and The Three Bears' and tasted porridge with different toppings to see which one we liked best! We also used the dills house with three different sizes of bowls, beds and chairs for the bears, painted pictures of the characters and explored porridge oats play dough! We conducted an experiment with gummy bears and could see that the bear in the plain water got bigger and lost his colour and the ones in the salt and sugar bowl got much smaller. We talked about how the salt and sugar stopped the water from getting in as much. We learnt a big word called osmosis!
