Miss McIntyre's Class
This week we read the story of 'The Very Hungry Caterpillar' and learnt all about the life cycle of a butterfly. We made a tasty fruit salad, printed with balloons to create a caterpillar, used beads and M&M's to make caterpillars, made caterpillars using pompoms and play dough, made paper chain caterpillars, used pasta to show the life cycle of a butterfly, painted symmetrical butterflies by printing with paint and used food colouring to create a butterfly using paper towelling!
