Miss McIntyre's Class
This week we read the story of 'Goldy Luck and the Three Pandas' and learnt all about China. We made blossom tress, looked at non fiction books about pandas, drew dragons with chalk, drew pandas with charcoal, used chopsticks to pick up noodles, made lanterns suing collage, made dragons and fans, explored globes and atlases, built the Great Wall of China with sticky rice, wrote our names using Chinese symbols, wrote numerals in rice, made paper lanterns, painted pandas using potatoes, made paper plate pandas and tasted prawn crackers. What a busy week!
