I hope you have enjoyed a nice summer holiday and enjoyed some of the hotter weather (when we were lucky enough to get it!)
We are busy preparing for the safe return of our pupils and the staff are in the process of preparing classrooms before our deep clean later this week. If you wish to find out about your child's new year group use our year group pages on the website: www.combertonprimary.com/year-group-pages
I have attached the guidance issued in July (both the full document and summary sheet) in case you wish to re-read as well as a 'coming back to school' activity sheet that the children may like to complete and bring with them next Thursday.
I look forward to seeing you all next week.
Update - July 2020
Following the government's guidance released on Thursday 2nd July explaining how pupils will return to school in September, we have been working hard to try and plan how this will work at Comberton. Interpreting and organising this for our school site, 440 pupils, our families and staff has probably been one of the most challenging tasks of my career, as well as wanting to try and offer the safest and best provision we can in the current circumstances.
Attached to this page are two documents - a key questions documents which hopefully will answer every question you may have about the children returning to school and then a summary document which just provides the key information.
I am looking forward to all our pupils returning to school and trying to get back towards some form of normality.
Have a lovely summer and I'll see you in September.
