The importance of making an application on time cannot be stressed enough. This year more than any other has highlighted to us the huge impact that making a late application can have. If parents require any support in applying the information is available at: Apply for a school place | Worcestershire County Council or contact admissions on 01905 822700.

To apply via the local authority, you will need an email address and will be sent an email to acknowledge receipt of your submitted application. If you do not have access to the internet at home as you can do so at any Worcestershire library.

Reception places

We admit children to Reception each September. Worcester County Council oversees all admissions to Reception and if you would like your child to have a place you will need to make an application online directly to county. (We do not control any school admissions other than those to our Nursery).

Nursery places

Parents apply directly to school for a nursery place for their child.  Children are admitted once they turn three.  Funding is available the term after their third birthday.  Children can be admitted once they turn three before the funding but the place has to be self-funded.  However, you need to note that having a child in our nursery does not give you automatic entry to our Reception class - parents still have to apply for a Reception place.

At the start of the term, after children turn three, they are currently entitled to 15 hours of free childcare.  Our wraparound care is available from 7:45am for Breakfast Club and until 5:30pm for After School Club.  Some parents may be entitled to 30 hours of free childcare.

Please visit Childcare Choices | 30 Hours Free Childcare, Tax-Free Childcare and More | Help with Costs | GOV.UK to find out if you are eligible.

If you are interested in a nursery place for your child we recommend that you come to visit us to look round. You will need to phone the school office on 01562 754704 and arrange an appointment. If you want a place you then complete an application form which we will keep on file.

We hold induction meetings before the children start nursery. We will phone you and invite you to a meeting before your child starts.
