Year 5 had a fantastic day out exploring the world of the Anglo-Saxons! 🏺✨

They had the opportunity to explore a typical Anglo-Saxon house and learn all about how the Anglo-Saxons lived. They even had a go at working like Anglo-Saxons themselves by making jewellery, spinning wool and moulding clay pots!

Year 5 also enjoyed discovering a fascinating collection of Anglo-Saxon artefacts with Emily, our wonderful guide. A brilliant day of hands-on learning and historical exploration!
