All parents and carers at Comberton Primary school are automatically a member now that your child has enrolled in the school. It’s your association. 

What is the PTFA? 

The [Parent Teacher Friends Association] is an open community of parent volunteers working alongside the school/teachers/and other “friends” to benefit the school and ensure the best educational experience for all its pupils.

How does the PTFA benefit the school?

Parents and caregivers have a big impact on how well their kids do at school. Taking an active role in your PTFA is one of the ways you can make a difference and get involved:

• We raise money to fund school initiatives through activities and events
• We provide a social support network for parents 
• We provide a forum for parents to have a say
• We provide volunteers and opportunities so that parents can support their child’s learning.

• Summer Fair Hot Dog & Popcorn Stall and Pre-loved uniform sale

• Upcoming 4th September 8.45-9.45am... Fist Drop off Coffee Morning

• Upcoming... Christmas Film Nights with Hot Chocolate and Cookies
• Aided grant application for Sensory Garden

If you can spare any time to help or want to get involved please get in touch via email at ptfa@comberton.worcs.sch.uk or speak to a committee member on the school playground at drop off/pick up - we hold termly meetings which everyone is welcome to attend, these are advertised on the school weekly Newsletters.
